Optum Plastic Surgery

Overview
Polyclinic Plastic Surgery, a prominent clinic in Seattle, joined Optum Health in 2024 and required a complete rebranding to align with its new parent company's identity. Hero Marketing, a trusted partner of Chronos, was enlisted to bridge the gap between the distinct brand voices of Polyclinic and Optum Health. As part of this effort, I was brought in to lead the redesign of the clinic's website, ensuring it reflected the updated branding while maintaining a modern and elegant user experience.
Requirements
The website redesign project needed to address several key challenges:
- Restructure the site architecture to align with new messaging goals and user journeys.
- Develop a modular, scalable design system that allowed for easy configuration of consistent, responsive page designs.
- Translate Hero Marketing's rebranding concepts into an intuitive and visually appealing website.
Solution
To meet these requirements, I overhauled the site architecture to better reflect the updated messaging and improve navigation for users. I developed a scalable, component-based design system that ensured flexibility and consistency across all pages, with typography, spacing, and design elements dynamically adjusting to various screen sizes. Collaborating closely with Hero Marketing, I helped translate their new brand designs into a functional and elegant web experience. Finally, I partnered with the development team to conduct rigorous quality assurance, ensuring the website maintained design fidelity and performed flawlessly across devices.
The final website successfully integrated Polyclinic Plastic Surgery’s refined identity with Optum Health’s branding, delivering a sophisticated and user-friendly online presence.
